At FDT Fashion, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of any issue

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video (if claiming damage or incorrect item)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide return pickup services unless stated otherwise

Refund Policy

Currently, refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through an appropriate method (such as bank transfer or original payment method)
  • Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be completed after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at fashionfdt4@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Attach the unboxing video if there is any issue with the product
  4. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • To cancel, email us at fashionfdt4@gmail.com with your order details

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • FDT Fashion reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders to avoid any issues
