We currently ship within Pakistan only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer.
  • We currently do not offer free shipping.

  • If you do not receive tracking information, you can contact us for an update on your order status.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • FDT Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
